I am Ursula Populoh, born in 1942.

I fulfilled my life-long dream of going to school when I retired and started my Bachelor of Fine Arts at the Maryland Institute College of Art.
At the time, I was 70 years of age.

In 2015, I graduated with my degree in Fiber Art.

In my art, I am focusing on folk art and storytelling. For the stories I want to tell, I am often using aspects of my life. My story is of my coming to America as an emigrant.
